Do it Yourself?
You might ask, "Why should I have someone else do my resume?" Most people find it awkward tooting their own horns. They are uncomfortable expressing their accomplishments and feel that they are bragging when writing about themselves. One of my clients, after reviewing the resume that I had prepared for her said, "That is me exactly. I did not realize that I had all those qualities until you pointed them out in such a professional manner. I could not even begin to create a resume by myself." I can do this for you by examining your attributes and accomplishments and incorporating them into a resume that puts you in the best possible light.
-
Job Posting or Want Ad
If you have a job posting or a want ad for a position you are seeking, please forward it to me. I can take an objective view of you and of the ad and try to blend them. By this, I mean that I will examine the job requirements as stated in the posting or ad and then try to find the qualities that you possess and match them. Most people have trouble seeing the relationship between their strengths or accomplishments in previous jobs and the requirements or skills needed in the job they are seeking. I can work with you to make your resume feature and showcase these unique qualities that will help you be chosen as a candidate for an interview.
